Photo Opportunities

Please arrange for all candid pictures of graduates with family and friends to be taken after the ceremony. The stage setting will be kept intact for a limited time after the ceremony.

Diplomas

Graduates may pick up their diplomas or have them mailed. Diploma pick-up day is January 4, 2007 in 202 Student Services.

Diplomas not picked up will be mailed to the graduate's permanent address. It is very important that an accurate address be provided for mailing the diploma. For this purpose, students should update their address at Circle Park Online no later than the day of Commencement.

Your name and the degree awarded to you are included on the diploma. In addition, if you are an undergraduate and you graduate with honors, then that honors designation is included on your diploma. (For more information about honors, please see Honors for Graduating Students.

Military Commissions

Any graduate who is receiving a commission in the United States Marine Corps, Navy, Army or Air Force and wishes to participate in the Commissioning Ceremony during the University Commencement Ceremony should contact his/her unit for information.
