Special Accommodations

The Office of Disability Services works with each college on campus to ensure that every commencement ceremony is accessible to all students and their guests. To locate the contact person for your ceremony, please locate your ceremony on either the Ceremony Schedules page or in the Ceremony listing on this page and follow the link to the event description in our events calendar. The commencement planner's contact information will be provided on that page. For additional information on program formats, accommodations for individuals with hearing disabilities, and parking, please visit the Office of Disability Services website.

Photo Opportunities

Unless otherwise specified by the individual college, please arrange for all candid pictures of graduates with family and friends to be taken after the ceremony.

Diplomas

Your diploma may be picked up on either May 23 or 24 in 202 Student Services Building, unless you wish to have it mailed. The list of confirmed degrees will be available from the University Registrar's website on May 23. Contact the Registrar for additional information.

Hoods

Graduate students who rented hoods from the University Book Store must return them immediately following the individual commencement ceremonies. Contact the Book Store for additional information.
