Travel Information
To help graduates and guests enjoy the day, parking for Commencement is available in student parking areas throughout the campus and on the top level of the Administrative Parking Garage. The student parking area of the 11th Street Garage is available and provides close proximity parking for events scheduled in the Knoxville Convention Center. Please avoid parking in staff parking areas. Official disabled parking for Thompson-Boling Assembly Center is located in the Neyland Drive Garage (G-10)
Shuttle service will also be available from specific areas on May 12th. Complete shuttle information is provided below:
Shuttle Route A: Agriculture Campus to Thompson-Boling Arena
First shuttle departs the Ag Campus at 7:00 a.m. with service every 5-7 minutes. Last Shuttle departs Thompson Boling Arena at 6:16 p.m. This route will also serve the parking garage located at Andy Holt Avenue and West Volunteer Boulevard (N-7). For complete details visit http://web.utk.edu/~pso/.
Shuttle Route B: THOMPSON-BOLING Arena to Knoxville Convention Center
First shuttle departs Thompson-Boling Arena at 7:00 a.m. with service every 5-7 minutes and service to the 11th Street Garage. Last shuttle departs the Knoxville Convention Center at 5:30 p.m. For complete details visit http://web.utk.edu/~pso/.
The T East-West Route
The T’s East-West route will be operating with service every 10-12 minutes. The East-West operates between the Ag Campus and The Hill with service to various parking areas as well as Circle Park and the University Center. Visit www.RideTheT.com for route information.
