Participants will be using a tool named "Diversophy" in small groups. Questions about doing business with Turkish people will be asked. Participants answer questions by sharing their thoughts, perspectives, and real life experiences that relate to the question. Everyone has the chance to speak up. More interestingly, some Turkish businessmen/businesswomen from local community will be present at the event to answer questions, and provide suggestions about doing business with Turkish people, from their cultural backgrounds and gained experiences here at the U.S.
