Italian Club-MFLL Soccer Tournament

On Friday, April 5th 2013, from 4:00-7:30 pm, the UT Italian Club is hosting the very first MFLL Soccer tournament at the Regal Soccer Stadium on campus!
The event sees 16 teams from the department of Modern and Foreign Languages and Literatures face each other in a soccer tournament: students and faculty in Italian, French, German, Chinese, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish will participate, but the event is open to the public, and there is no fee.
The tournament will begin with music and songs of the national anthems, players will come to the fields bearing their flags, and the closing ceremony will give the winning team a soccer trophy and a basket of Italian goodies.
