2013 Edward R. Murrow Program for Journalists Open Forum

2013 Murrow Program participants from post-Soviet countries will meet UT students, faculty, and larger Knoxville community at the Baker Canter For Public Policy for a an open discussion forum.

Questions about democratic developments, relationships between media and politics, freedom of expression are welcome. The event is free and open to public.

Edward R. Murrow Program for Journalists is a U.S. Department of State's project that has been bringing journalism professionals from around the world to observe and examine journalism practices in the United States. UT's School of Journalism and Electronic Media is one of nine journalism schools working closely with the Department of State on the program.
