At the Intersection of Corporate Accountability and Environmental Justice

Thursday, October 18 at 7 pm, Amnesty International UTK will be hosting "At the Intersection of Corporate Accountability & Environmental Justice," a lecture and Q&A with Dr. Robert D. Bullard. The lecture will cover the topics of environmental justice, racism, and corporate accountability and how links between these topics can hinder human rights progress. Dr. Bullard will be available for a book signing and meet and greet after the lecture.

The event is co-sponsored by the Center for the Study of Social Justice, the Department of Earth and Planetary Studies, the Department of Political Science, the Department of Anthropology, the Department of Sociology, the American Studies Program, the Recreation, Entertainment, and Social Board, Issues Committee, the Global Studies Program, and the Black Cultural Programming Committee.
