Civil War Lecture Series: Civil War Maps of East Tennessee: An Update

The third annual Frank H. McClung Museum Civil War Lecture Series continues with this March lecture. This once a month series will be held on Sundays at 2 pm in the museum auditorium. McClung Museum Civil War Curator, Dr. Joan Markel, will explore the places and people of the Civil War in Knoxville.
This lecture, "Civil War Maps of East Tennessee: An Update" will explore recent research into Civil War maps of East Tennessee.
All lectures are free and open to the public--check our calendar for other lectures in this series.
The museum is located at 1327 Circle Park Drive. On weekends, parking is available on Circle Park and adjacent parking lots.
The museum's exhibits include archaeology, ancient Egypt, decorative arts, the battle of Fort Sanders, geology, and fossils. Admission is free.
