Caribbean Week at the International House
The I-House invites you to the last one in the World Showcase series this semester - the Caribbean Week! It will highlight cultures from Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica.
Caribbean Cooking Demonstration:
Teaching you step by step how to cook Tomato choka (Trinidadian dish), Festival (Jamaican bread), and Tamarind balls (Trinidadian candy). You will also get to taste them!
