Freed from Death Row: A Story of Wrongful Conviction
Tennesseans for Alternatives to the Death Penalty are coming to give an exciting and informative talk on the Death Penalty. Stacy Rector, executive director of TADP, will speak out the logistics and downfalls of the death penalty. Ray Krone, the 100th U.S. death row exoneree, will share his powerful story of spending 10 years behind bars for a crime he did not commit. Krone endured two trials and numerous appeals before finally being released after DNA evidence pointed to the real perpetrator.
