The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, the German Shepard Dog Club of East Tennessee and Knox County are hosting a celebration for the militray, government and local law enforcement K-9 companions that have passed on to Rainbow Bridge. The program will include the following: * fly over by Knox County Aviation Units, * presentation and retiring of colors by UT-K Army ROTC Dragoon Company, *keynote speach by Dr. Ray Rudd, *Presentation of TN House Resolution, *reading of the names of deceased K-9 companions, * wreath laying and concluding with a police dog demonstration from Knox County Sheriff's Office Canine Unit.
