Annual Math Contest for high-school students in the state of Tennessee.  Students are competing for 10 4-year $4,000 scholarships to be used at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

  The FERMAT I Exam is given at 8:30am.  The top 50 on this exam advance to take the FERMAT II exam.  The top 10 finishers on the FERMAT II exam win the scholarships.

  While the exams are being graded, the Math Bowl takes place.  This is a double-elimination tournament where two teams of three from opposing schools compete against each other in a round of ten question to see who can correctly answer the most.  There are two divisions with the top two in each division winning a team trophy and individual medallions.
