CURENT invites industry leaders and academic experts to present in the center's seminar series at the University of Tennessee on the last Friday of each month. Seminars cover a variety of topics related to the ongoing research and technical development of the nation's power grid.

This month's guest speaker is Dr. Aleksandar Dimitrovski, the Power & Energy Systems Group Leader at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Dr. Dimitrovski will discuss the integration of magnetic amplifiers into power systems.

The seminar is free and open to the public.
