Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week class to teach the skills of mindfulness mediation to manage stress and reduce pain. The majority of research on the health benefits of meditation is based on this 8-week protocol. Attendance at Orientation is FREE, REQUIRED to take the class, and DOES NOT OBLIGATE one to take the class. The course fee is $250. Due to the generosity of a previous MBSR, student scholarships are available.
