KerryAnn O'MearaPresenter Dr. KerryAnn O'Meara's research examines faculty careers and work environments, academic reward systems and community engagement, and has been widely published, appearing in theJournal of Higher Education, Review of Higher Education, Research in Higher Education Journal,andHandbook for Higher Education Researchand others.

O'Meara's visit, part of an ongoing campus conversation on becoming a Carnegie Community Engaged University, is co-sponsored by the Office of Community Engagement and Outreach, the Office of Research and Engagement, UT Extension, The Tennessee Teaching and Learning Center, UT Service-Learning, the Carnegie Advisory Committee, and the Academic Outreach and Engagement Council.

KerryAnn O'Meara is associate professor of higher education at the University of Maryland at College Park and co-PI and co-director of UMD ADVANCE.
