Who are freshman applicants? First-time undergraduate students, including students with Permanent Resident status.
Who are transfer students? Students with college or university credits (other than dual enrollment) who wish to transfer to the University of Tennessee during their undergraduate years.
Who are international applicants? Undergraduate (either first-time freshman or transfer) students with any visa type who are not permanent residents of the United States.
