Smokey has been very busy traveling the world with his UT friends. Since September 2007, students, alumni, faculty and staff have taken Smokey from Alabama to Zimbabwe and a myriad of places in between. In the spring of 2008, Smokey achieved his first goal -- visiting all seven continents!
Now, Smokey needs your help to meet his next goal -- visiting every state in the U.S. He's already got a good start. Check out the map below to see which states Smokey has already visited. Browse photos of Smokey’s recent journeys by clicking on the orange states, and help him turn the whole country orange by taking him along on your travels.
Be sure to request a “Where in the World is Smokey?” T-shirt before you pack your bags, and remember to send us a photo!
Smokey photos from all over the world are still welcome. Each semester, everyone who submits photos that are posted on the Web site will be entered into a drawing for a prize.
