UT Recruiting Video Reaps Award (115)
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A University of Tennessee student recruiting video has won the top award from a national college admissions publication.
”A Day In the Life at UT-Knoxville” won the gold medal in the annual Admissions Advertising Awards, Gordon Stanley, UT-Knoxville director of admissions, said Wednesday.
The national competition is sponsored by the Admissions Marketing Report, which goes to college and university admissions personnel.
Earlier this year, the video won an Award of Excellence from the Southeast region of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).
Stanley said response to the video from prospective undergraduate students and their parents has been very good. The UT Men’s Athletic Department helped with the production of the video, he said.
