Student Art Exhibition Opens April 4 (105)

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The University of Tennessee-Knoxville’s 50th Annual Student Art Exhibition, featuring juried works in all media and some works for sale, opens April 4 in the Ewing Gallery of Art and Architecture.

 The exhibition begins at 7 p.m., April 4, with a reception; introductory remarks by Dr. Dale Cleaver, UT art historian emeritus; and an awards ceremony. The exhibition will remain in place for public viewing April 6-13.

Ewing Gallery is in the Art and Architecture Building, 1715 Volunteer Boulevard. It is open free to the public Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.
