KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– Fans looking for something to do Saturday prior to the Tennessee vs. Texas Tech game are invited to the University of Tennessee-Knoxville Pre-game Faculty Showcase.

 Showcase organizer Dr. Lynn Champion said this week’s 30-minute faculty presentation will be by Dr. Ronald Hopson, an associate professor in the Department of Psychology.

 The free presentation, “The Secularization of Spirituality: Self-Help Movements and the Diseasing of America,” starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Shiloh Room of the University Center.

 ”No reservations required,” Champion said. “Guests may bring a sandwich and we’ll provide a beverage and dessert.”

 Showcase is sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences, UT-Knoxville, Athletics Department, Alumni Affairs Department, and the National Alumni Association of the University of Tennessee.
