KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Mandy L. Taylor, 204 Norris Hancock Road, Big Rock, is the recent recipient of a scholarship from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.

 Taylor, the daughter of Danny and Beverly Taylor, earned a $1,500 valedictorian scholarship at UT-Martin for her accomplishment at Stewart County High School.
