UT Presidential Search Committee to Meet Nov. 5

NASHVILLE — The University of Tennessee Presidential Search Committee will meet at 10 a.m. CST, Monday, Nov. 5, at the Executive Residence in Nashville. The governor serves as chairman of the UT Board of Trustees and the Search Committee.

The purpose of the meeting is in keeping with the tasks and timeline that are identified in the UT presidential selection process plan which was adopted in September.

Participation by telephone conference call also will be available.

Reports will be received from the Search Advisory Council Chair, Dr. Carolyn Hodges, and Search Consultant Bill Funk of Korn-Ferry International in Dallas, Texas. A timeline for the search process and transition plan for the university also will be presented.
