Jazz Musician to Perform at UT

Music, will perform in a jazz concert at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, in the Music Building Auditorium.
Guest faculty member Ngqawana is a visiting South African musician participating in UT’s Africa semester.
An accomplished composer, arranger, saxophonist and flutist, Ngqawana will be accompanied by UT jazz faculty members and students during the concert.
Ngqawana performed at the inauguration of South African President Nelson Mandela in 1994. He has released four albums and has toured throughout the United States, Africa and Europe.
The concert is free and open to the public.
