KNOXVILLE — The University of Tennessee National Alumni Association will host one more Big Orange Tailgate Party this season.

“Food, Fun and Rocky Top” is scheduled for Jan. 2, 2004, as part of the Peach Bowl FanFest. It will be held in the Georgia World Congress Center, which is adjacent to the Georgia Dome. Cost of FanFest is $8, but those with game tickets will receive a $3 discount.

FanFest will be from 1-3:30 p.m. Kick-off is 4:30 p.m.

The UT tailgate party will include cheerleaders, the Pride of the Southland Marching Band, Smokey, games, door prizes, a pep rally and official spirit buttons. HoundDogs has donated several premium items that will be given away.

The first 500 fans to register for door prizes will receive a complimentary ticket holder and lanyard donated by HoundDogs.

After the game, the tailgate tour will stop at “Rock the Hard Rock.” The Hard Rock Café is within walking distance of the Peach Bowl. Cost of the post-game event is $25 per person. It will include a heavy hors d’oeurves buffet, two beverage tickets, and unlimited soft drinks.
