The executive and compensation committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet Friday, April 29, in Nashville.

The meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. CDT at the law offices of Boult Cummings Conners and Berry, 1600 Division St.
The purpose of the meeting is to plan the agenda for the board meeting June 22-23 in Knoxville.

Committee members are: Don Stansberry, committee chair and vice chairman of the board, Huntsville; Andrea Loughry, Murfreesboro; Jim Murphy, Nashville; Bill Stokely, Knoxville; John Thornton, Chattanooga; Susan Williams, Knoxville; and Waymon Hickman, Columbia.

Ex officio member: UT President John Petersen.
