KNOXVILLE — The audit committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees is scheduled to meet April 19 in Nashville.

The meeting is set for noon CDT in Room 212 of the Capital Boulevard Building.

Agenda items include a review of the university’s audited financial statements, financial statements for the athletics departments, the 2005 annual report by the internal audit department and plans for conducting financial risk assessments.
