KNOXVILLE — The executive and compensation committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet in Knoxville on Monday, May 14.

The meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. EDT in the Executive Dining Room of the University Center on the Knoxville campus.

The principal purpose of the meeting is to plan for the annual meeting of the Board of Trustees scheduled for June 20-21 in Knoxville. The committee also will consider the election of a chancellor of UT Martin, and get an update on the search for a chancellor for the UT Health Science Center.
