Come to UT This Summer; UT Offers Kids Camps and Classes
KNOXVILLE — Looking for something fun and educational for your children to do over the summer? How about a summer camp at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville?
From archaeology to volleyball, UT offers camps and classes for students in elementary through high school.
A new Web page on the UT Web site listing more than 50 kinds of summer camps was unveiled today. Check it out at http://www.utk.edu/features/summercamps.shtml.
The Web page lists camps administered through individual departments on campus plus Kids U, which is offered through UT’s Professional & Personal Development program, and various camps offered by UT’s men’s and women’s athletics departments.
Some of the departments offering camps include:
• 4-H
• College of Architecture and Design
• Early Learning Center
• McClung Museum
• Clarence Brown Theatre
• The Center for Transportation Research
Enrollment for most camps has already started. Plan your child’s summer fun today.
