The Office of Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration has been reorganized following the June 30, 2008, retirement of Executive Director Ray Hamilton.

Jonee Daniels-Lindstrom has been named Associate Vice Chancellor with responsibilities for Budget and Finance, Sponsored Programs Accounting, Bursar’s Office, Vending and VolCard Office. Lindstrom is a graduate of UT’s business administration program and holds a MA in organizational management from Central Wesleyan College in South Carolina. She has experience in the business and finance areas at Clemson University, UT Chattanooga and UT Knoxville.

Gena Wilson is now serving as Director of Budget and Finance where her responsibilities include developing and implementing short and long-range financial plans, preparation of the annual budget and the monitoring and tracking of the financial status of the Knoxville campus. Wilson holds two bachelors’ degrees from UT Knoxville in business administration with concentrations in finance and accounting and an MBA from UT Chattanooga. She has experience in various offices on the Knoxville campus including the Controller’s Office, Materials Science and Engineering and Chemical Engineering and the Offices of the Chancellor and Provost.

Susan Forman has been promoted to Bursar. Forman’s responsibilities include the assessment and collection of student fees; disbursement of federal, state and university student aid; oversight of fee waivers and other areas involving student fees. She is a 1988 graduate of UT Knoxville with a degree in business administration.
