Last Day to Eat at the Ready for the World Cafe
The Ready for the World Café wraps up its last week of the fall semester today with a menu that includes African, Greek and Italian dishes.
The menu includes Africa-inspired beef tips, vegetable mousaka, honey-pretzel chicken, vegetarian fusilli, Italian sub soup, Greek potato salad and tomato-crowned cod.
The café — which will reopen in early February for a 10-week run during the spring semester — is operated by students in the advanced food production and service management class. It is open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each Monday through Thursday in the Hermitage Room on the third floor of the University Center.
Diners pay $10 for the all-you-can-eat buffet or $8.50 for a plate of food to carry out.
