Regina Olum, food production supervisor for dining services stationed in the Arena Dining Café, is described by one of her patrons as "the nicest person in the world." Because of her positive attitude and uplifting demeanor, Regina is sought out by some customers looking to add a little cheer to their day.

Arena Dining patrons have been so touched by Regina’s cheerful personality that many wrote in to nominate her for the Send Roses Award. Because of her service-minded attitude and extraordinary customer service, Regina has received the October Send Roses Award from UT’s Positive Recognition Committee.
