Flavors from the American Southwest, France and New Orleans will be featured the week of Feb. 16 at the Ready for the World Café.

The menu includes Southwestern corn and black bean salad, New Orleans-style shrimp and crabmeat lasagna, summertime tempura vegetables, New York-style chicken with a apple pecan cranberry marinade, French-style beef tips, wild rice pilaf, fire-grilled vegetables kabobs and Big Orange crepes suzette, professionally flamed in room.

The Ready for the World Café is open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each Monday through Thursday in the Hermitage Room on the third floor of the University Center.

Diners pay $11 for the all-you-can-eat buffet or $9 for a plate of food to carry out.
