In June, a chilled water leak in Dougherty Engineering prevented some students, faculty and staff from using their offices and classrooms for a few days.  As part of an ongoing effort to improve communication about these types of emergencies and maintenance and renovation projects across campus, the Facilities Services Department has established a system of Facilities Listservs.

Anyone who signs up for these listservs will receive up-to-date information regarding repairs, outages, and other activities that may affect their work and study schedules. Facilities Listservs have been established for 23 major research facilities on campus.

To sign up for your building’s listserv, go to http://listserv.utk.edu or visit the Facilities Services website at http://facilities.utk.edu.
