Jesse Poore is an expert on UT-Oak Ridge National Laboratory joint research programs and the software industry. His research interests include the economical development of high quality software, federal science policy, software embedded in automobiles, and the national cost of software errors. Poore is the director of the Science Alliance, a Center of Excellence. He also served as Executive Director of the Committee on Science and Technology for the U.S. House of Representatives.
