Expertise:
Sarah Gardial is currently the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and Beaman Professor in Marketing. She was formerly Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Assistant Dean for the Full Time MBA Program in the College of Business Administration.
Gardial earned her undergraduate and MBA degrees in Marketing from the University of Arkansas, and her Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Houston. Sarah has received several teaching awards over the years and has taught in undergraduate, graduate, Ph.D. and management development programs. Her primary expertise and research interests are in the areas of customer value and satisfaction. She has written a book on the topic, as well as numerous articles for journal publications and conferences. Over the years she has worked with companies including Procter and Gamble, Frito-Lay, First Tennessee Bank, and TRW.
