Golden Grad cheerleadersTraditions are numerous on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, campus: Aloha Oe, the freshman race, Torchbearers, meeting at Ellis and Ernest, Homecoming Queens and Beauties. We are fortunate to have many Tennessee traditions, and the 50th class reunion is one of them.

Thursday, April 2, through Saturday, April 4, alumni from the class of 1959 will gather on the UT Knoxville campus to celebrate their 50th class reunion.

Join us for:

  • A reception at the Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy
  • Tour of the new James A. Haslam II Business Building and the Aquatic Center
  • A recognition ceremony

Don’t miss this opportunity to renew friendships and reacquaint yourself with your alma mater. If you’re already a member of the elite Golden Grad group – graduating in the 1930s, 40s, or 50s – you’ll also want to make plans to attend the reunion. Alumni from all classes will be honored.

Contact us at 865-974-3011 if you did not receive a brochure about the event, and visit alumni.utk.edu/golden for additional information.
