The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, College of Nursing has graduated more than 4,700 alumni since its doors opened in 1972. The college has passed many milestones since the first group of BSNs graduated, including graduating the first MSN students in 1978 and the first Ph.D. student in 1992. According to U.S. News and World Report, UT’s nursing graduate program is among the top 19 percent in the nation.

The NightinGala celebration kicks off Friday, October 2, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hunter Valley Farm in Knoxville with dinner, a silent auction, and guest speaker Pat Summitt. On Saturday, October 3, three hours prior to kickoff of the Vols’ game versus Auburn, the College of Nursing will host an open house.

Deadline for registration for the NightinGala has been extended to September 29. More information as well as a link for online registration is available at alumni.utk.edu/reunions.
