Fall 2009 Young Alumni Weekend

One of UT’s newest and most successful events is once again upon us. The Fall 2009 Young Alumni Weekend will certainly not disappoint! We’ve cooked up a fantastic weekend with food, entertainment, reminiscing, and a little Big Orange football. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Friday, October 2
6:30 p.m.—BBQ and Bluegrass by the River with Bruce Pearl
UT Visitors Center South Lawn

You won’t want to miss barbecue, bluegrass and Bruce on Friday night along the banks of the Tennessee River. Join Young Alumni from across the country as we have a fun time with “Rocky Top” playing and good food cooking. And you know Bruce Pearl will say something to spark the crowd!

Saturday, October 3
Time TBA*—Annual Pregame Tailgate
Tyson Alumni House
Time TBA—Tennessee vs. Auburn
Neyland Stadium

There is nothing like game day on Rocky Top to get your blood pumping. When it is a crisp autumn day and the Auburn Tigers roll into Neyland Stadium, the fans will be cheering loud! Make sure you attend the pregame tailgate at the Tyson Alumni House to get your game face on for the big game.

*Tailgate will take place three hours prior to kickoff.

Cost:
$100 for the Complete Weekend Package (including game ticket)
$35 Friday Evening by the River and Saturday Tailgate
