David Sherman, of Greensboro, NC, died October 24, 2009. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee, receiving his bachelor’s degree (1981) and his master’s degree (1983) from the College of Business Administration. He began his working career in Nashville, Tennessee, followed by five years in Port Orange, Florida, before making Greensboro, North Carolina, his home for the last nineteen years. He worked at Sealy, Inc. for over 10 years, rising to the position of vice president.
