Clyde Samuel Henninger, Jr., of Friendsville, TN, died October 27, 2009. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and received 3 purple hearts for action in the Korean Conflict. Clyde was a graduate of the University of Tennessee, receiving his bachelor’s degree from the College of Business Administration. He had a career for many years in the transportation industry with Robinson Freight Lines, V.A.A.P. and Carrier Corporation.
