A graduate of the University of Tennessee, he received his bachelor’s degree (1971) from the College of Business Administration and his master’s degree (1974) from the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences. He received his doctor’s degree from Ohio State University. Mr. White served in the U.S. Air Force where he was a First Staff Sergeant and was retired from Radford University as Associate Dean of Applied Science after 30 plus years of service. He also worked with the CIA as a cryptographer.
