Helen Seargeant Bryant, of Griffin, GA, died February 17, 2010. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, she received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Arts and Sciences. She was very active in church, civic and charitable associations in Griffin. She taught elementary art at Pine Mountain Children’s Home for many years and was well known for starting a “Creative Play School” for 3 and 4 year olds to introduce them to art and other creative projects.
