Amy Armstrong Moyers, of Knoxville, died October 17, 2011. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree from the College of Arts and Sciences. Amy was a retired educator after 42 years of teaching in Knox County at Powell High School where she taught Latin, French, Spanish, English, US and Tennessee History.
